A: Yes we provide this service. Please mention it in the booking form so that we could offer you a driver to take you to the apartment.
Q: How can I find the apartment if I did not order transfer service?
A: You have the address of the apartment in the booking confirmation. Please announce us about your arriving hour in the booking form so that we will expect you call around this time.
Q: What should I do if the flight was delayed?
A: Our driver will be announced about it, but if the flight is delayed more than 2 hours you have to inform us by phone.
Q: When is the check-in and check-out?
A: The check-in is at 14.00 p.m. and the check-out is at 12 a.m. The earlier check-in can be done if the apartment was not leased the previous day.
Q: How must I pay the rent?
A: You have to pay the deposit sum of 50 EURO as a guarantee of reservation, then you pay the whole payment at the arrival into apartment.
Q: What is the politic of the Agency in case of the rental cancellation?
A: The deposit you left as a guarantee is not refundable.
Q: Can we have an invoice or receipt that could confirm the rental payment?
A: Yes, we issue an invoice or a receipt with the Agency stamp.
